Overview

Polynor Pro is a professional-grade, one-component polyurethane spray foam insulation designed for fast, high-yield application straight from the can. Engineered for tradespeople and serious DIY users, it expands on contact to form a durable, closed-cell insulating layer that seals gaps, reduces heat loss, and dampens sound — without the cost and complexity of two-component spray rigs. It bonds to most common building substrates and cures into a rigid, long-lasting foam that stays put for the life of the installation.

Where it’s used

Polynor Pro is suited to insulating and sealing lofts and attics, walls and stud cavities, roof undersides, floors, garages, and outbuildings, as well as sealing around pipes, ducting, and other penetrations. It’s equally at home in new build, renovation, and retrofit work wherever a fast, effective insulating seal is needed.

Application in brief

Shake the can thoroughly, fit it to the spray gun, and apply in even passes to a clean, dust-free surface. Lightly moistening the substrate can improve curing and adhesion. Build up the foam in layers where a thicker insulating depth is required. Always refer to the full instruction manual (available in the Documents tab) before use, and wear appropriate protective equipment.

Safety & handling

Use in well-ventilated areas and wear gloves, eye protection, and suitable respiratory protection. Uncured foam is difficult to remove from skin and surfaces — protect surrounding areas before starting.
